Support

For every Lunaire app, on both Google Play and the App Store.

We aim to reply within two working days.

Which apps this covers

All nine Lunaire symptom and cycle trackers: Cycle, Menopause, PMDD, Endo, Thyroid, IBS, Fibro, POTS and Lupus — on Android and on iOS.

What to tell us

You do not have to, but these three things usually turn two emails into one:

Please do not send screenshots of your entries or any of your symptom data. We do not need it, and a description of the problem is enough. We have no copy of your data and no way to look at it — that is by design.

Answers to the things we are asked most

I changed phone and my entries are gone

This is the one we most want you to read before it happens. Your data lives only on your device. The apps deliberately opt out of automatic cloud backup — Google Account and Google One backups on Android, and iCloud Backup on iPhone — so that your symptom data is never copied to Google's or Apple's servers without your knowledge.

The trade-off is that a new phone does not bring your entries with it automatically. Use Settings → Backup to write a backup file before you switch, keep it somewhere safe, and restore it on the new device. If you did not make one, we are very sorry, but there is nothing we can recover — we have never held a copy.

I paid for Premium and it is not showing

Open Settings → Premium and choose Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Google or Apple account you bought it with. If it still does not appear, email us with the order number from your Google Play or Apple receipt and we will sort it out.

My reminders are not arriving

Check that notifications are allowed for the app in your device settings. On Android, some manufacturers' battery savers also stop scheduled reminders — exempting the app from battery optimisation usually fixes it. On iPhone, check that Focus or Do Not Disturb is not filtering them.

Can I use the app in my own language?

Yes. Settings → Language. The apps ship in English, German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, Polish, Turkish, Japanese, Korean and Traditional Chinese.

How do I delete everything?

Settings has delete options for your data. Removing the app also removes everything it stored. Any backup or export files you saved yourself are ordinary files and stay where you put them until you delete them.

Screenshots of the app on iPhone

On Android the apps block screenshots and hide their content in the app switcher. iOS provides no way for an app to do this, so on iPhone screenshots are always possible. The optional App Lock (Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode) is the protection we would point to there — it stops someone opening the app at all.

What we cannot do

We cannot recover, restore or look at your data. There is no account, no cloud copy, and no server — so there is nothing for us to look in. That is the whole point of how these apps are built, and it is also the reason your own backups matter.

We also cannot give medical advice. The apps are diaries, not medical devices, and nothing in them constitutes advice or diagnosis. Always speak to a qualified healthcare professional for clinical advice.
